3. **Inspection and Issue Handling**

   Please inspect your package upon reception. If the item is damaged during shipping or has quality issues, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


4. **Refund Processing Fee**

   Refunds, except for those due to shipping damages and quality issues, will incur a 10% processing fee. Additionally, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process the refund.
